We are currently seeking an experienced Phone Member Service Representative for a credit union located in Glendale, CA!

Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire

Pay: $20/hr

Branch hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support over the phone in a call center environment
  • Perform member/customer transactions on checking and savings accounts and process payments, etc.
  • Ability to focus on and resolve customers issue’s
  • Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor when faced with high demand/ high volume workloads

Requirements:

  • 1 year of call center experience within a credit union or bank
  • High school diploma required!
  • Symitar experience preferred!
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of customer requests including difficult customer situations
  • Possess an enthusiastic and professional attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Credit Union or Bank: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Call center: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
