Adecco is recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Representative with at least 5 years previous experience in a professional setting. What you'll do in a typical day: Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email Handle cusotmer complaints in a calm, professional manner Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues Monitor progress of delivery routes Scan haul -away pods and verify stamps Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders Requirements: Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint HS Diploma / GED 5 years experience preferably with a call center environment Strong customer service skills and the abiltiy to satisfactorily resolve issues Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations Hours: 7am - 4pm Monday -Friday Rate of Pay: $16 per hour Location: Charlotte, NC 28216 area Our client is looking for a candidate long term and who is looking for a potential growth opportunity within the company.
