Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for 3rd shift Masking positions in Dayton, OH.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a 3rd Shift Masker. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately applying masking materials to various products in preparation for subsequent processes.

Candidates with artistic abilities or a penchant for crafting are highly encouraged to apply, as these skills translate well into mastering the intricate techniques required for this position.

Responsibilities for Masking positions include but are not limited to :

• Perform visual inspection on received parts for any damage and / or blemishes
• Placement of single or double-sided tape to certain portions of components, preventing spray from being applied to said areas.
• Utilize hand tools such as an exacto knife to achieve precise masking results
• Follow procedures to keep materials free from contaminates
• Wear gloves and hearing / eye protection properly as needed

• Must be detail oriented
• Previous experience in masking or related fields such as painting or crafting preferred
• Experience with precision measuring tools preferred
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to be at work on time every day
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
