Job Description:
Serves a supportive role in the Recruiting department including but not limited to:
Operates PC with business software programs to input, maintain, retrieve and process business information. Providing accurate and detail information to applicants regarding company. Preparation of reports, the assembly and validation of information, and the calculation of data. Maintaining applicant files and office filing system. Prepares letters and other business documents. May perform various complex clerical duties requiring analysis, judgment and specific knowledge Experience:
2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar software Proficient use of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. Perks:
