Job Description
The candidate will report to the Head of Advertising Manager and will work in collaboration with product and tech teams as a relevant stakeholder and a sales and strategy consultant. He/she will be the main agency point of contact for programmatic revenue stream on a local and on a global level. He/she will act as a senior account and consultant, developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing actionable insights, and acting as key support for strategy and business development while managing budget and revenue forecasts.
Main Responsibilities
Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders (agency and client)
Be responsible for all programmatic activities, campaign implementation, optimization and improvement and troubleshooting
Be a consultant in educating sales account, agencies and clients on performance metrics, insights, and how to drive greater results and give recommendations for new opportunities
Support the global Adevinta team in developing cross-countries strategies and opportunities
Evangelize programmatic solutions to ensure growth to programmatic adoption and client’s business
Supervise the yearly programmatic budget and manage the budget control constantly in order to estimate trends in revenue and effort
Always be up to date about programmatic tech environment, acting as main POC for tech-related topics and optimization best practices and recommendations
Collaborate and implement tests to evaluate impacts of specific features / product / technologies / formats and tactics
Develop effective programmatic campaign strategies based on client objectives
Work with all main internal and external stakeholders (tech providers, agencies and clients, sales, product, and data science teams) to develop best practices and improve flows and procedures
Knowledge of data analysis, AI, DMP, DSP, leverage first party and third-party data for targeting and insights and contribute to data strategy
About You
At least 4 years of programmatic management (hands-on-platforms) also including customer facing roles
Excellent technical communicator – can explain tech-related topic in an easy way
General confidence on digital media landscape, actors, technologies, trends
Passion for digital adv; organized, detail oriented, highly focused, and able to meet deadlines
Programmatic strategy and implementation experience with proven success in optimizing products and services based on client needs
Knowledge of main SSP (GAM is mandatory)
Familiarity with analytics, brand-safety tools, tracking and attribution, reporting tools
Familiarity with ad servers, rich media vendors, web debugging and troubleshooting tools
Excellent usage of Excel and Power Point
Quick learner who loves to pick up and master new tools, platforms and solutions
Cool under pressure, flexible and able to concentrate in the middle of any chaos
