Retail Supervisor/ Manager
Experience: 3 years Management
Duties:
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Oversee and supervise store employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating store staff
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store manager to ensure adequate stock
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store displays
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies to increase sales and meet targets
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent administrative abilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
