JOB DESCRIPTION:
Operation and Troubleshooting of Distillation and processing equipment
Essential Functions:
Run Distillation and Reaction process equipment, Inventory management through paperwork transfers.
Charging of stills, Process plumbing lineups with hoses hard lines and fittings to and from tanks, Packaging of citrus oils in drums/pails/gallon containers with various methods, sampling and labeling distillation cuts and running GC analysis on cuts and in process samples, making run condition changes/decisions based on analysis, housekeeping of the work area, adhering to GMP/HACCP/Food Safety StandardsSupervisory Responsibility:NoneWork Environment:50% Ambient/50% Air Conditioned LabPhysical Demands:Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis, able to bend, stoop, stretch, reach and duck. Moderate periods of standing.Travel:NoneRequired Education and Experience:GED-HS Diploma Req.Simple Mathematics understanding Req.
