Job Designation
- The Team Lead - Warehouse oversees the team activities and processes, to ensure effective and efficient flow of goods and regulates warehouse space, while aligning with company policies and procedures. This is not a supervisor role. The majority of the time, this position will be doing the necessary work of managing materials in the warehouse.
Job Core Responsibilities
- Supervises the day to day activities of employees who ship supplies, materials and equipment
- Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance
- Coordinates schedules for shipping materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space
- Oversees shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures
- Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment
Job Specifications
Education Level: (Required): Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
- Ability to research and analyze data effectively
- Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports
- Good/Strong/Excellence verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift at minimum 40lbs.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $32.50 per hour
