- Deliver business value driven, enterprise scalable, and innovative solutions involving integrations using our internal client Sales Cloud and Slack platforms
- Deliver effective executive presentations
- Anticipate and plans future business capabilities according to market trends, user and customer feedback, architectural roadmaps, and product/service performance
- Build an informed roadmap and groom a backlog of prioritized stories for implementation
- Oversee and communicate tradeoff & prioritization decisions between scope and schedule
- Find opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new processes/policies
- Work proactively to predict and minimize potential issues before they arise, and resolve those that do in a timely manner

- 8 years demonstrated ability with client’s implementation (CRM, SalesCloud, Slack, Platform) in product management, consultative or business architecture roles.
- Outstanding leadership and influencing skills – ability to set clear vision and a passion for building successful teams
- Experienced with Sales technical capabilities & go to market processes, especially in areas of Lead Management Opportunity Management, Account Management & Slack
- Experience with company’s enterprise implementation and knowledge of solution architecture principals for global companies with sophisticated business processes
- Company’s Administrator Certification, Sales Cloud Consultant Certification, Service Cloud Certification, Slack Admin Certification
- Knowledge in client’s architecture components, principles, procedures and practices
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work as a self-starter
- Analytical, communication and leadership skills
- Able to work well in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to be flexible with a positive attitude and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
