Job Purpose-
Planning and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy of Advanced Material business in the region to drive strong growth and profitability in the region
Key Result Areas-
Achieve Budgeted Sales and Development plans
- Strengthening of relationship with customers.
- Effectively manage Market Intelligence reg. competition.
- Seek new opp. of growth in segments.
- Team up with BDM for enhancement of Solutions
Optimize Marketing Strength, Sales Volumes and Realizations
- Formulation of short term strategies for the Key Accounts.
- Co-creating new solution & keep competition at bay to enhance SOW.
Sales Accounting
- Co-ordination with customers for payments & account reconciliations.
- Timely collection and adjustment of payments from customers.
- Collection of necessary forms from customers.
Business development
- Analyze the region and product portfolios to identify gap and opportunities. Formulate strategy and plans to convert in to business.
- Coordination with selected key customers and evolve new futuristic projects with reasonable business potential.
- Coordination and effective participation in various relevant industry forums influence perceptions and policies
Customer support
- Identifying the customer expectations
- Review regional action plans for customer satisfaction.
- Devise corrective strategies wherever so deemed required.
- Implement customer complaints handling processes.
MIS and Customer support
- Responsible for structured data collection and updation of CRM.
- Analysis of segments/industry in coordination with Business manager and RMs covering competitors and suppliers.
