What are the responsibilities and job description for the Utility Packaging position at ADM?
Utility Packaging- Dawson, GA
- Pay Rate $13.75hr
- The shift schedule will be from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Sunday with overtime expected and possible shift rotation.
- Temporary Contract Position with Raise with potential for full-time with ADM
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.

Job Requirements:
To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Exhibit regular and prompt attendance.
- Maintain attendance record in accordance with company policy.
- Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to prolonged periods of standing, working at various heights, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, working in a variety of conditions (hot, cold, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds Demonstrate initiative to work independently, while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero-injury culture.
- Full compliance with all Employee Safety and Food Safety laws, regulations and rules of Golden Peanut Company and ADM
- Package product in designated product containers
- Prepare totes, tags, Pallets and slip sheets for use.
- Set scales for proper weights and container count.
- Set bulk system conveyors for proper bin filling.
- Monitor bin levels.
- Perform sanitation in work area.
- Any other duties assigned by Lead Person or Supervisor
Education/Training Preferred:
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
