As a member of our Programming team, you will be a key contributor to the development of our learning content. This position is a full time, hybrid role and based in our Philadelphia, PA office.
- At least 2-5 years of experience executing online learning content using Articulate Storyline or similar authoring tools
- Demonstrated ability in using Articulate Storyline to deliver user interfaces and e-learning which incorporate instructional graphics, animation, and assessments
- Knowledge of design and video applications including Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple simultaneous deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to follow approved templates
- Foundational knowledge of video post-production and design processes, file formats, and standards
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Create user interfaces and e-learning content in Articulate Storyline which incorporate written, voiceover, and visual content which describe physiological processes, clinical data, or other information
- Create animation, visuals, and assessments within Articulate Storyline
- Adhere to written content and designed visual storyboards as well as external and internal brand guidelines
- Follow established templates, workflows, internal systems, policies and procedures which lead to work being delivered on time and at the appropriate level of quality
- Take direction, collaborate and communicate effectively and professionally across the production department and the firm
- Participate in the conceptual phases of the project life cycle, including ideation of how to align written scientific content with available time and resources to bring the most exciting outcomes to client projects
- Exercise independent judgment and creativity to create positive outcomes for clients and the firm
