Job Duties: Calendar management, coordinating meeting schedules, minutes/documents, proactive planning, confidentiality, excellent written and verbal communication skills, events/activities, attention to detail and problem solving skills, technology/social media skills, people skills, Microsoft/teams, excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work, research skills, strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, and working knowledge of office equipment—like computers, printers, fax machines, and postage machines—are all required. Clerical: Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word Processing and MS PowerPoint, in particular), typing 40 wpm Education: Must have a high school diploma/GED from a state accredited school/source, a current/valid driver's license. You must be a minimum age of 21, and have an insurable driving record to drive company vehicles. Experience: 3 years required Pay Rate: Will be discussed at interview Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm Location: 302 14th Ave W Jasper, Alabama 35501
