Workforce Management Coordinator
We are seeking self-motivated and energetic individuals to join a Workforce management team to support our program teams meet goals and be successful. Ideal candidates would have a keen attention to detail, interest in data analysis, and ability to work with multiple team leaders as required to coordinate across tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking labor hours for contract employee across multiple programs
- Approve timesheets at the end of each week, using the tracked labor hours to validate the time claimed
- Monitor attendance line, recording occurrences and sharing messages with team leadership
- Monitoring adherence to schedule as prescribed by each program
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding as needed and specified by each program
- Monitoring Real Time adherence to meet project SLAs
- Assisting with the scheduling of all staff to ensure high performance and the ability to meet target metrics.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least two (2) years of experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency with MS Word, Excel and other programs within the MS Office Suite.
- Ability to navigate in separate systems and up to three systems simultaneously.

- Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, empathy, and a cooperative attitude
- Ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities and to work limited overtime as necessary
