In this role you will be as part of the Service Operations team supporting key technologies and initiatives that support our client service model and improve our associate experience.
In order to enable our associates to provide a high-quality service experience, a deep understanding of our business, our client and our associates will be required. This means digging into the details to improve associate's experiences through root cause analysis of poor performing survey results, conducting side by side observations, and reviewing their Voice ideas! Performs other related duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will be intellectually curious and driven to solve problems. Someone who can listen, observe and understand problems and friction points in our service experience and implement solutions to resolve them. You will serve as the voice of the associate, understanding their needs and working with various development and project teams to deliver the solutions to meet those needs. Implementing those solutions requires change, therefore excellent communication, influencing and change management skills are required.

What you'll do: Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
- Collaboration. • Collaborating with field associates and other key stakeholders to ensure program aligns to strategic initiatives to improve the client and associate
- Learn. • Understanding ADP service associates ways of working, specifically pain points and inefficiencies to inform a service technology enhancement roadmap as well as developing a deep understanding of ADP products, regional operating models and procedures. Lastly, maintaining a high-level awareness of industry standards and best practices in service tools and case management.
- Insight Gathering. • Gather actionable insights from interactions: Obtains insight into root causes and provides product and process feedback and recommendations. Consistently monitoring the metrics that matter to identify opportunities for improvement
- Decision Making. • Making key decision and resolving escalations for the project teams when faced with possible delays, issues and conflicts throughout the program lifecycle
- Communication. • Proactively communicating updates/features with the field to drive utilization and collect feedback for improvement.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
- At least 1 years of experience and/or exposure to multiple field disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability in the following areas: teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
A college degree is a plus but not required. Other acceptable experiences could include:
- Experience noted above, OR
- Military experience

- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience.
- Experience with Cloud Based CRM systems
- Front-line experience working with clients in a customer service, implementation or sales capacity
