Information Technology Consultant

ADP is hiring a GV Tech, (Clnt) Tech Prod Support (Time & Attendance Consultant).

In this position you will be responsible for ensuring the Payroll Specialists are applying consistent methodologies and meeting GlobalView's SLA. The GV Tech will ensure activities are performed in a manner that meets ADP and/or client requirements while adhering to ADP standards. The Technical Lead will as needed review and define methodologies or processes and ensure Payroll Specialists are trained following GV requirements, including Stellar Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that the implementation teams deliver clients defect free and in compliance with the template.
• Mentoring the new team members coming on-board
• Managing the incoming T2S from Project Services/Implementation.
• Managing client escalations and urgent/critical tickets to provide stellar service to clients.
• Team player and assisting all our team members for any technical / non-technical / process / functional related questions or queries
• Helping and assisting our teams such as MS, PS with any questions or queries they have (technical / non-technical). This will in-turn educate them with our processes and provide stellar services to our clients.
• Creation of work schedule rules.
• Work schedule variants and selection rules according to business requirements.
• Dynamic work schedules as per requirement
• Absence quotas and attenance quotas
• Over time hours and Comp off.
• Excellent skills on schemas TM00TW15, and PCR's TR10, TO20, TO16, TE30.
• Created various Time Types according to business requirement.
• Time Wage Types for regular & O.T hours
• Time related features
• Excellent in PCR's for various business requirement.
• Knowledge of MX pay rules and regulations
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Participate as required in cross regional activities, workshops etc. aiming at sharing and improving on current processes and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

Process driven / experience in deploying process across multiple teams

Strong client service orientation

Good analytical skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong initiative and enthusiasm

PC literate (Windows, Excel, Word)

Very good understanding of ADP applications, payroll procedures
