RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the effective project management and delivery execution of large complex client implementations. Accountable for planning, managing, leading and motivating a cross functional team to implement projects in support of ADP sales.
- Leading and managing comprehensive project plans, issue management, risk identification and management, change management and resource management utilizing the Implementation PMO standard PM best practices and methodology.
- Lead the project plan from initial project identification to hand off to the Client Service Delivery team.
- Responsible for communicating to project stakeholders including the ADP leadership team and client project teams and to transfer their PM knowledge/skills to other members of the Implementation team
- Managing strong healthy relationships with stakeholders, project teams and external vendors ensuring that project delivery expectations are clearly defined and met. Build and maintain a reference-able customer relationship
- Assisting in the continuous evolution of the PMO best practices and coach/mentor members of the Implementation team
- Develop and maintain all project documentation (Project plan, Issue and Action Logs, Risk Management, Project Status Report, Lessons Learned, Post Implementation Reviews)
REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduate, or equivalent work experience
- PMP certification is required
- 5-8 years demonstrated project management experience with a strong experience in project management methodologies and project management tools
- Familiar with all phases of Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong influencing skills, interpersonal skills and organizational skills
- Demonstrated and proven leadership skills, excellent decision making and problem solving skills

- Bilingualism is preferable
