ADP is hiring a Quota & Comp Planning Sr. Manager. In this position you will be supporting the Sales Planning function within WW Commercial Operations. Sales Planning is responsible for setting the strategy and executing on territory, quota, and sales compensation design across all ADP sales channels.
You will be responsible for managing the fiscal year rollout and in-year quota and compensation planning activities. You will recommend and execute on long- and short-term initiatives. You will partner with Sales Leadership, Sales Finance, Global Product & Technology, and other functional areas within WW Commercial Operations to continue to improve ADP’s sales coverage model.

Responsibilities:
a) Lead and manage in-year quota and compensation programs and processes for own Sales channel, and serve as the primary contact on quota & comp matters for senior sales, finance, and ops partners:
- Periodically review process and program effectiveness
- Make recommendations and drive consensus on future state option
- Communicate, administer, and report on program changes
b) Support fiscal year sales compensation planning activities:
- Perform scenario modeling and cost/benefit and impact analyses
- Present options and help make recommendations
- Create rollout presentations and assist with rollouts
c) Support strategic sales crediting & policy projects, upstream from quota mgmt processes:
- Identify and size policy conflicts that impact best practice quota management, and provide
recommendations to simplify - Identify opportunities to best deploy sales growth through improved policy decisions
d) Analyze, define, recommend, and launch future state quota planning methodologies:
- Detail data and system requirements, required to support future-state quota methodologies
- Partner with internal business & IT partners to evaluate feasibility and manage implementation in various Oracle systems
- SME and key point of contact for all quota matters in Oracle SPC (“Sales Planning Cloud”)
e) Help establish and support quota and sales compensation management governance mechanisms to ensure timely, accurate delivery of quotas and ongoing in-year oversight
Skills Required:
- Advanced problem solving and solutioning skills: identify and diagnose a problem, set up hypotheses, test hypotheses through analyses & discovery, and interpret, summarize, and present findings to drive improvements in business results
- Complex analytical and modeling skills
- Outstanding Microsoft Office skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business administration, finance, economics, or information sciences
- 4-6 years’ experience working in Sales Operations, Accounting, Finance, FP&A, or Sales Planning at a large corporation, preferably in a matrix environment
- Functional expertise and hands-on working experience in the fields of variable compensation,
sales planning / sales quota management, or both in large companies - Exhibits sound business judgment, great attention to detail, and a proven ability to influence others
- Able to operate successfully in a fast-paced organization; a proactive, and action-oriented team player
- Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level
