SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant is a key member of the team. This role requires the ability to exercise independent judgment with schedule management and customer service interaction in alignment with organizational goals. The salary for this position is $15.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience with excellent benefits such as professional training and development opportunities.
This position is a part time remote/Hybrid position. The schedule is from Monday - Friday, up to 30 hours a week with being on call as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work individually as well as collaboratively when approaching responsibilities
- Handles customer reception with a professional, friendly, and positive attitude
- Assists in the development, formulation and implementation of plans, policies, procedures and standards applicable to worldwide buying acquisition functions.
- Keeps abreast of legal and regulatory changes.
- Schedules and confirms office appointments
- Assist with preparation of correspondence to vendors, industry associations and governmental agencies
- Manages Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
- Assist with solicitations, contracts, schedules, awards, People Ops
- Helps prepare and disburse invoices to customers
- Accurately report to supervisor hours worked
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma GED required
- English or Communication college experience preferred
- 2 or more years of relevant office and or customer service experience required
- Strong knowledge of People Ops and Federal Government
