POSITION SUMMARY
- Manage, influence, and support a team of sales representatives to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Set individual sales targets with your sales team.
- Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
- Oversee the activities and performance of your sales team.
- Lead ongoing training of your sales team.
- Develop your sales team through mentorship, motivation, counseling, and education on our products and services.
- Promote our products and services as an industry specialist.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Previous direct sales/door-to-door sales experience is required.
- Home Security experience is a huge plus!
- Must be personable and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly motivated, organized, flexible, and have a strong ability to multitask.
- Must be honest, punctual, and have personal integrity.
- Be competent in overcoming objections.
- An out-of-the-box thinker who can recognize additional needs and propose creative
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
