Position Overview:
As a Sales Consultant at ADU Geeks, you will be instrumental in driving our business growth by connecting with potential clients and guiding them through the ADU design and permitting process. Your role will involve leveraging your sales expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills to deliver the best solutions for our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, actively listening to their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their ADU goals.
- Product and Service Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of our ADU design and permitting services, staying current with local regulations and industry trends to educate clients effectively.
- Consultative Sales: Apply a consultative sales approach, understanding clients' unique circumstances, recommending appropriate ADU solutions, and clearly communicating the benefits of our services.
- Lead Generation: Generate and manage leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and participation in industry events.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that highlight the value and benefits of our services, addressing client concerns and questions.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process efficiently from initial contact to contract closure, following up on leads and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design and permitting teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project initiation, ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in sales, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Have basic understanding of Accessory Dwelling Units (preferred not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools. (HubSpot a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
