Job Summary

Supporting individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. ATHC supports individuals onsite and in the community, whether it is a fun community activity or at a community job site. Direct support professionals also support individuals by working together to develop and implement exciting classes, clubs and activities.

Responsibilities include:

Creative development of classes/activities

Support individuals in activities and community involvement (work and activity)

Assist/train individuals in job related tasks and activities

Transporting individuals to and from work sites

Support/train individuals in community jobs

Assist with personal cares as needed

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Medication Administration

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Must be 18 years old.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Pass State Background check

Dependable

Good communication skills

Ability and willingness to work in a variety of settings

Previous experience in the field a plus

· Full-time

· Availability Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30 am – 4:00 pm

Starting wage is $17.00/hr
