Retail Shift Leader

We are Adult Video Warehouse, the most trusted name in adult shopping for over 25 years in Pompano Beach.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store and ensuring exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for retail and leadership, we would love to hear from you.

Now hiring for night shift:

• 3:45pm - 12:15am
• 40 hours per week
• 8 hours per shift

Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of retail associates during assigned shifts
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Conduct employee orientation and training sessions
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar leadership role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations tactfully
- Proficient in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions
- Knowledge of inventory management practices
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
