The Opportunity As a Business Solutions Analyst (BSA) within Adobe Technology Services: Global Operations Center, you will be driving day-today troubleshooting and long-term problem fixes for customer issues using business and technical knowledge and experience. You will need to collaborate with Adobe’s Enterprise Business Application users and stakeholders including engineers, BSAs, support teams to provide ongoing applications support. Your primary mission will be to provide best-in-class support, and other operations including documentation, training, data fixes, automation of standard activities and so on. This role focuses on supporting Enterprise Applications and automation of ongoing standard activities. What you'll Do The BSA will be responsible for supporting Adobe’s Enterprise applications. Due to the 24/7/365 nature of the Adobe GOC, this role requires flexible, or off-hours work schedules. Be the IT SME and go-to person from IT for the applications related to SAP and Commerce in providing support related to SAP SD and other CRM applications. Work on SAP Sales and Distribution (SD); Order types, Item categories, condition technique to determine pricing, tax, accounts, output, partners, etc. Participate in planned and non-planned outages to support business user activities for cutover or PAT for major or minor releases. Apply new dimension tools and concepts such as robotic process automation, process mining, data mining, etc. and add value to the business process & solutions. Anticipate, identity, troubleshoot and resolve production issues by interfacing with key Sales and Distribution processes, spanning across Quote to Cash and order to cash business processes. Clearly articulate the impact of business problems and solutions Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations. Contribute technical knowledge in area of specialization Work closely with the onsite team, offshore team, managers, and executives to ensure critical delivery meets business service levels. What You Need to Succeed Knowledge of Order to Cash and Quote to Cash Scenarios 5-7 years of SAP ERP Business Systems Analysis experience with focus on SAP SD Strong domain expertise in the business area of Sales and Service Ability to work on multiple issues concurrently Ability to work with minimum supervision or guidance Ability to build credibility and trust with both team members and senior management Excellent presentation oral and written communication skills Innovative, outside-the-box mindset to proposing solutions for real business needs. Must possess critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Qualifications BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business or related field Minimum 5-7 years supporting business applications using SAP technologies in a complex work environment 5-7 years of IT experience Experience working with multiple stakeholders
