The Opportunity Adobe is seeking a Principal Program Manager to help the Adobe Analytics Product and Engineering teams achieve strategic objectives and build the next generation of Customer Journey Analytics features for the Adobe Digital Experience business. In this role, you will be pivotal in helping accomplish strategic OKRs by leading all aspects of Program Management. You will plan activities, drive process improvements, and communicate vertically and horizontally across the company, while keeping everyone informed. This is a highly cross-functional role with partnerships across various parts of the organization. Your work will have a direct impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of the Adobe Experience Cloud. You will improve collaboration, communication, execution, and alignment with core teams and partners across the Adobe Experience Cloud Ecosystem. What you'll do: Work with the product management, design, and engineering teams in establishing workstreams and operationalizing them for efficiency Set schedules, and actively handle issues/risks of the programs Drive the coordination and management of dependencies with cross-functional and cross-department teams Communicate program status, risks and mitigation plans to the leadership Find opportunities to enhance and simplify processes, improve visibility and coordination across functions with clear communication Drive special projects or initiatives on behalf of the leadership team What you need to succeed: 10 years of relevant experience in program management Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required PMP, CSM, Agile Training preferred Proven leadership and experience in leading complex high-value programs Technical curiosity – independently and proactively understand and learn how things work Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional organization Understanding of various development methodologies (including Agile) and the skills to translate and communicate technical details to team members Intrinsic ability to thrive in ambiguity and having a flexible and adaptive approach Analytical perspective to problem-solving, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a focus on continuous improvement Experience in a Cloud, SaaS related industry Expertise in JIRA, Confluence Wiki, and Excel Understanding of OKR methodology preferred Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $138,600 -- $252,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
