The Opportunity The Adobe Tech Partner Enablement Team empowers Adobe sales and partner organizations by establishing and communicating go-to-market (GTM) priorities, and landing programs that ensure success in our shared business objectives. You will drive team operations, process improvements, and planning activities with the Sales Enablement lead and business partners. You will develop and lead global internal communications, project/program management support on emerging and recurring initiatives, and rhythm of the business (ROB) activities that positively impact business results. What you'll Do Partner with Senior management and business owners to align on Tech Partner opportunities, critical issues, and business goals to ensure clarity & consensus of priorities across stakeholders, and to activate Executive level discussions. Manage existing internal communications and seek out new opportunities to amplify the value and accelerate adoption of Tech Partners into the Adobe sales motion, and ensure visibility and clarity of strategic priorities. Lead coordination of Tech Partner extended team, Senior leadership, cross-org, and Executive meetings. Maximize Adobe resources through thoughtful agenda development, participant prep, and productive follow-up on actions. Define and implement pilot and limited enablement initiatives tailored to drive specific outcomes by region, Partner type, or sales role. Main point of contact for maintaining our presence on internal portals, system accounts, Microsoft Teams, and administrative processes related to new hire onboarding. What you need to succeed Organizational Agility; experience collaborating with internal and external team members at all levels Able to synthesize information from various sources to create reports, identify gaps & next steps, and uncover cross-dependencies on complex initiatives Be decisive, organized, detailed, a planner, and effective time management across multiple tasks. Proactive project management - skilled at driving multiple initiatives, with varied tasks, timelines, and opposing priority Adept at problem-solving and can use influencing, relationship, collaboration, and emotional intelligence skills to find and resolve roadblocks. Bring creativity to an environment that cultivates experimentation to consistently innovate. Communicate authoritatively and eloquently in writing, speaking, and facilitation. Confirmed ability to operate effectively and autonomously in situations of ambiguity, with only high-level direction. Established collaborator with the initiative to lead, raise a hand for new challenges, and act as a subject matter authority across the organization. Maintain a positive demeanor, high energy, sense of humor, and a contagious passion to meet evolving business needs. Knowledge of Adobe's businesses, products, and their use across customer segments is desired.
