You should apply to our Analyst, Revenue position if you:
- Develop, analyze, and interpret sales metrics and reports in order for stakeholders to evaluate the performance of the sales organization against KPIs
- Work directly in building reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com, being a key resource to sales on usage and functionality
- Support ad hoc report requests & analysis of large data sets; utilize Data Visualization tools for dashboard builds
- Deliver analysis pulling and marrying data from various systems
- Apply analytical skills to forecast and relay trends to key stakeholders
- Work closely with finance to find efficiencies in reporting outputs
- Partner with leadership in developing and maintaining workflows that support sales goal development
- 2 years of relevant work experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Finance
- Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with a CRM system (e.g Salesforce, etc.). Administration of CRM a plus
- Experienced in business process flows, process modeling, & gap analysis
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience utilizing business intelligent tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly collaborative, dependable, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills with ability to build effective relationships with all levels of the organization
- Assertive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Experience working with Data Visualization tools (e.g. Microsoft BI, Google Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree
