Core Job duties:
- Optimize communication with Therapist regarding patient’s status and treatment
- Effectively documents patient information requiring dictation and written format
- Monitors and instructs patients on individual exercise programs as directed by Therapist
- Perform heat, ice or exercise instruction
- Optimize patient flow through their treatment program
- Assists in maintaining a clean and neat treatment area
- Assists in inventory control of clinical supplies
- Monitors equipment condition and reports problems
Qualifications:
- Working on obtaining a college degree
- Team player attitude, energetic, with a focus on excellent customer service are key
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Caring nature, with a genuine interest in helping people
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred Experience:
- 1 years' experience in a medical environment, ideally in a PT/OT therapy department
