What are the responsibilities and job description for the Elderly Caregiver(PRN, Part Time, or Full Time) position at AdvanceCare Health Services?
We have openings for Part-time, PRN, and Full-time positions.
We are a non-medical homecare agency that provides in-home services to seniors in our community. At AdvanceCare we are passionate about providing care to our clients so they are able to remain in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking compassionate, competent, and motivated Caregivers to join our home care team! We offer flexible scheduling.
Our Caregivers provide one-to-one care, supervision, and companionship to our elderly, disabled, and home-bound clients residing in their private homes.
Typical duties include:
- Assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and incontinence care.
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to errands and appointments
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude
- Compassion for those we are caring for
- Pass a background check(No Felony convictions)
