Position
As our operation grows, we seek a Project Coordinator to support all aspects of the business. The emphasis of this role will be materials coordination, tool and equipment inventorying, project scheduling/tracking, technical writing, project bidding, and client relations.

Job Duties:
- Plan and schedule delivery of equipment for each project as directed by management
- Inventory/organize field equipment to ensure field crews are able to mobilize and demobilize for projects in a timely manner
- Test functionality of field equipment and coordinate with vendors to ensure damaged equipment is fixed or replaced
- Assist with the bid proposal process
- Schedule and coordinate activities relating to projects and track project budgets
- Learn to interpret plans and specs
- Develop a working knowledge of substation apparatus and relay testing protocols
- Create monthly invoices for customers when needed
- Assist with monthly reviews for management
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- A degree in a relevant field or two years of experience working in a similar capacity
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required
- Experience within the electrical and/or construction field is a plus
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Willingness to travel short-term when required
- Must be able to pass a drug test(s)
- Must be willing to commute to office location daily
