Job Posting for Director of Facilities Management at Advanced Facilities Services

Experience in all or some of the following areas:

Maintenance: experience in at least one, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry

Custodial: experience managing custodial operations, event set up

Grounds: familiar with grounds operations including cutting, edging, flower beds trimming and seasonal color

Minor Project Management: read and understand blueprints, schedule management, budget controls...

Attention to detail, organization and follow through

Proactive communicator

Successfully managed operations budget

Ability to analyze a problem and develop options or solutions

Manage systems to organize workflow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
