This family owned company in Ashland, OH, makes sophisticated parts for medical, glass, and other industries. Since 1991, their operation has been dedicated to providing high quality parts with a quick delivery time.
Their 37,000 sq ft building houses 17 machines and about 18 employees, many of whom have 10 years with the company. With new machines being purchased very few years, they are dedicated to keeping up with the latest technology.
This is a 1st shift position working 6 - 3:30 PM Monday - Thursday and 6 - 10 AM on Friday with the goal to provide a strong work life balance.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills
- Edit programs at the machine
- Perform first article and in process inspections
- Minor troubleshooting
- Other duties around the shop
Qualifications
- Strong experience setting up, operating, and editing mills
- Knowledge of Fanuc controls
- Ability to edit programs at the machine
- Understanding of blueprints, drawings, and models
- Knowledge of inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges etc.

Compensation for this position depends on experience and will be between $20-25/hour.
