Your role will be the first person our patients meet. Someone they look forward to seeing and depends on you to make sound judgements and provide them a patient experience that makes them feel welcomed.
This position will support various main office duties including, but not limited to answering multiple call lines, scheduling appointments, data collection, scanning, preparing correspondence and various other assignments as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Experience, but willing to train the right personality.
- Computer skills: proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
- Answer multiple telephone lines
- Strong organizational skills with strong multi-tasking capability
- Ability to implement office standards and able to operate office equipment.
- Previous successful experience in a team environment
- Ability to effectively interact with the business industry and staff members
IDEAL Qualifications:
- 6 months or more Customer service experience
- Dental terminology
- Dental Software proficiency; Dentrix ascend
We require our new team member to be dependable, on time, and without barriers of transportation or childcare.
Hourly rate based on knowledge and experience.
plus, benefit package (after 1st year).
Hours: 36–40-hour work week
Location: Primarily Virginia Beach Office but could require occasional assistance in second location. Training may be in 2 locations.
