Responsibilities of a Customer Account Manager:
- Act as liaison for the client and the consumer by attending all direct meetings with current and prospective clients
- Utilize a positive track record of multi-state and international account management to maintain positive business relationships
- Conduct ongoing territory research to maximize client and product exposure
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and in order to provide solutions and answer client inquiries
- Attend quarterly seminars for ongoing training and skill development
- Communicate and implement new ideas with confidence by conducting market and brand research that is relative to the accounts assigned
- Review strategies and track campaign progress to increase profitability and reach
Requirements:
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience within a customer service or relevant sales role
- Associates Degree or some college courses completed
- The ability to adapt to new environments and personalities
- A high degree of professionalism and reliability
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to troubleshoot
Salary: $37,000 - $46,000 a year
