Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced and ambitious Marketing Specialist that will be responsible for coordinating with other marketing professionals to implement oral surgery practices’ brand awareness, innovative campaigns to reach a larger audience, and support in product/service launches. The duties include researching target audiences, recording data from campaign results, organizing marketing initiatives’ go to market strategies, and overseeing a practice’s social media channels to ensure brand uniformity.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the director of marketing and director of education and referral marketing to implement strategic marketing plans and initiatives
- Supports director of marketing with market research to initiate marketing plans for all practices
- Supports all practices in brand updates
- Works with the marketing and education team to implement all demand generation activities
- Manages workflow of all branded print materials
- Working closely with community liaisons to create social media content calendar to increase practice brand awareness and engagement
- Supports the community liaison team and graphic design team to maintain internal tools, including print library and online catalog, practice SharePoint and intranet site
- Proactively monitor competitive environment and audience trends to ensure the company brand protects its brand leadership position
- Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.
- Provides fun and engaging marketing materials for all internal and external marketing initiatives
- Supports in gathering marketing materials to present marketing initiatives and results to internal stakeholders
- Supports in increasing practice's Google Reviews through marketing
- Supports marketing implementation plan that is used during initial implementation for all new practices and team members
- Seeks to understand and accurately track, measure, and report marketing KPIs including website analytics, "sales" results, campaign results, etc.
- Responds timely to internal and external stakeholder requests for marketing support
