The Patient Specialist II (Medical Assistant) is responsible for creating an exceptional patient experience while providing competent and compassionate care to every patient. The Patient Specialist role is fluid and versatile with progressively increasing responsibilities including helping direct efficiencies and maintaining high standards for EMR documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications:
Education: Level 2
- High School Diploma or GED
Previous, Job Relevant Work Experience: Level 2
- At least 2 years of experience as Medical Assistant in clinical field/setting
- Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Level 1 and Level 2
- N/A
Previous, Job Relevant Work Experience: Level 2
- 3 years of experience in clinical field/setting
- Experience in a high-volume clinical setting
- Experience with invasive procedures
- Experience with catherization, IV starts, and/or administration/care of chemotherapeutic treatments
- Knowledge of Eclinical Works (eCW) and Radix
- Knowledge of urology or urogynecology experience
Credentials/Licensures: Level 2
- Current CMA Certification
