Position: Informatica Developer

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6 months .

Details of the role:

Need Informatica developers for Production Support and Enhancement related work for Centene Encounters team.

‘Key responsibilities:

• Enhancements and production support for Encounters
• Designing and implementing the data warehouse, operational data layers, and ETL/ELT processes 
• Requirement Analysis, Data analysis, Application Development, Customization, Maintenance and Testing of various business applications.
• Design and develop stable, secure, scalable and highly performing Code /Components which are easy to inspect, test, service and support. 
• Ensure delivery within defined SLAs
• Monitoring processes for any failures

Required Skills:  

• Strong US healthcare background experience. 
• EDI transactions experience along with backend Informatica technical experience. 
• Strong experience in Medical Claims and Encounters data processing.
• Experience in Informatica that includes Requirement Analysis, Data analysis, Application Development, Customization, Maintenance and Testing of various business applications.
• Hands-on experience as an ETL Developer well versed in ETL tool usage (Informatica) and its architecture, design, and development 
• Hands on experience on implementing efficient ETL jobs 
• Expertise in implementing data driven ETL designs 
• Expertise in implementing reusable ETL components as per well-defined standards 
• Efficient use of parameter and configuration files in ETL job implementation 
• Expertise in applying performance tuning techniques on long running ETL Jobs 
• Extensively worked on data extraction, Transformation and loading data from various sources like Oracle, SQL Server, and Flat files.
• Well versed in developing complex SQL queries, unions and multiple tables joins and experience with Views.
• Strong skills in Data Analysis, Data Requirement Analysis and Data Mapping for ETL processes.
• Design and develop stable, secure, scalable and highly performing Code /Components which are easy to inspect, test, service and support. 
• Delivery within time commitments adhering to approved designs, Deployment standards and meeting set quality goals confirming to coding standards & best practice with minimal defects. 
• Drive customer communication for the project. Participate in regular client meetings that led to useful feedback, and create project plans that deliver solutions to client problems 
• Work and communicate across teams to drive investigations, report status information, as well as share information within your own team 
• Should have experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA and Git
