Job description:

• This is a consultant who has experience working on a Technical Data Operations team in a Healthcare Provider company with focus on ad hoc data analysis, monitoring and critical issue resolution. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE Have hands on working experience in Managing the Product Backlog for Data Operations issues and small enhancements. 3 years of Product or Services experience focused on data operations (healthcare IT & technical background is a plus)
• Has hands-on working experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Redshift, Postgres)
• Has hands-on working experience in writing basic queries.
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts: ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, etc.
• Familiar with cloud technologies (AWS preferred).

Details of the role:

• 5 years of Product experience
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Strong technical background, proficient in SQL
• Healthcare provider data experience.
• Technical operations background with an interest in Product Management. In this role, you will contribute to our Data Platform by being the Product Owner for the Data Operations team which focuses on ad-hoc data analyses, monitoring, and critical issue resolution. 3 years of Product or Services experience focused on data operations (healthcare IT & technical background is a plus)

• Managing the Product Backlog for Data Operations issues and small enhancements

• User story / issue documentation
• Stakeholder engagement and priorities and delivery dates.
