Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and managing emails.
• Accurately, enter information into database as collected upon forms or spreadsheets.
• Manage data in spreadsheets & reports, keeping records and reports up to date.
• Calculating, recording, inputting and processing financial data.
• Scan and print documents as needed.
• Support other queues to facilitate teamwork in the department- other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a professional work demeanor and environment at all times.
• Effectively manage time, multi-task and prioritize

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Possess strong verbal communication and organizational skills
• Excellent judgment and the ability to recognize and solve problems
• Goal oriented, motivated individual with a positive attitude and desire to succeed
• Ability to work independently
• No experience required- Full training provided
