We are currently seeking an experienced Home Health Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will be based in our office located in the tranquil setting of Cambria County.
Territory: Bedford, Blair, & Cambria Counties
Responsibilities:
- Deliver presentations and in-services to referral sources and follow up with them.
- Educate referral sources on the comprehensive services offered by Home Health.
- Act as a liaison between Home Health and various healthcare providers including physicians, hospitals, and long-term care facilities.
- Maintain regular communication with referral sources to ensure patient needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by referral sources regarding the quality of care.
- Monitor and oversee primary relationships to ensure consistency and quality.
- Document all contacts, referrals, and contracts promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate in the development of new programs to meet community needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Home Health or related industry sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to marketing strategies and processes.
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency and initiative.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player who collaborates well with multiple teams and partners.
- Proficient in computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
