What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Advantage Technical?
Location: Croydon, PA
6 month contract, with possibility of becoming full time
Pay: $25 hr. to $28 hr.
Responsibilities:
- Time keeping of employees or contractors
- Accounts Payable
- Performs general administrative tasks including mail, records and file maintenance, procurement of office supplies, and manage site e-mail distribution lists. Serves as focal point and resource for computer software, office tools, telephones, building and conference rooms, including assisting with visitor orientation.
- Manages site documents (security, record retention, electronic filing, organization/space optimization) and file shares.
- Handle safety information
- Handle all FedEx both incoming and outgoing
- Schedule meetings or book office space
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of office administrator or administrative experience is required
- Previous experience within timekeeping is preferred
- Previous experience within Accounts Payable is preferred
- Great personality, outgoing and self starter
- Excellent computer skills within Microsoft Suite
- Strong communication skills
