The Corporate Recruiter will work alongside/within Human Resources and is responsible for seeking, contacting, and recruiting potential employees. Will be sourcing candidates for positions focused on Finance/Marketing/Business Professional/Engineering/IT. This position is with a thriving Food Retail Chain.
Location: Hybrid model (2-3 days onsite in Battery area in Atlanta)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Consult with directors and managers, to determine hiring needs for the corporation.
- Uses job boards to research potential candidates.
- Post available positions on career sites.
- Contact potential hires about open positions.
- Schedule interview appointments.
- Conduct interviews with candidates.
- Travel to meet interviewees when necessary.
- Explain requirements, duties, and responsibilities of open positions.
- Explain the benefits and compensation of the position.
- Conduct negotiations regarding compensation with desired candidates.
- Research candidate’s companies and potential competitive offers.
- Overcomes hesitations to persuade highly desirable candidates to consider the job.
- Assess candidates to determine their fit for the position.
- Draw up detailed interview reports with analyses.
- Create short list of potential hires.
- Present information to HR director for corporation review.
- Assists in final interview and hiring process.
- Assist HR department in drawing up contracts for new hires.
- Provide advice on ways to improve recruiting procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with individuals in the industry for the purposes of future hiring.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience as recruiter for small to mid-level firm
