Maintenance Supervisor - Saginaw, MI *** 2nd Shift
Pay range: $30.00 to $34.00
Skills Required
- Supervise construction/maintenance skilled trades personnel
- Manage attendance of employees
- Effectively utilize employees, materials and equipment
- Implement continuous improvement and cost savings opportunities
- Implement safety and good housekeeping practices
- Implement divisional and corporate policies
- Maintain appropriate records and monitor trades effectiveness
- Implement lean principles
- Provide leadership, support and feedback to skilled trades team with respect to goals and specific metrics
- Support the Plant PM program
Experience Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience is a supervisory role with emphasis in manufacturing and maintenance
Education Required
Bachelor's Degree, Journeyman's Card or Management / Maintenance Related Experience
