Job Posting for Training Specialist IT at Advantage Technical
- Assist in performing training/learning needs analysis as required for new training projects or potential training needs.
- Support design and development of classroom and virtual instructor led training programs, elearning modules, mobile learning, and written
training materials (job aids, user guides, etc.). - Support efforts to manage the review of materials to incorporate all appropriate stakeholder requirements, and ensure approved, compliant training.
- Support the delivery or implementation of training (by scheduling and performing ILT or preparing others to do so; providing source files for upload to the LMS, uploading to Box, Nebula or other agreed upon location for learner access) and communicating training availability as required.
- Support management of in-house training projects.
- Provide vendor management support as needed.
- Support management of multiple learning projects.
- Support implementation of training programs at the global, regional and local level.
- Ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders.
- Proactively learn new learning technologies, adult learning methods, or related tools and technologies.
- Experienced with Learning Needs Analysis, Instructional Design & Development, and implementation & evaluation of learning programs.
- Good understanding of adult learning principles.
- Proficient in Articulate 360 suite and Camtasia - other learning technologies a plus.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills - especially Word & PowerPoint.
- Proven communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to collaborate and interact effectively across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience managing training projects a plus.
- BA/BS Degree required - would consider Associate's Degree with 3 years' relevant experience.
- 2 years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience including experience supporting training initiatives.
- Will consider candidates without pharma/biotech experience
