What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant - Quickbooks Microsoft Office Etc. position at Advantage Unlimited Paving Inc.?
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT NEEDED:
- Entering Accounts Payable Data.
- Answering main office phone.
- Create and maintain work orders.
- Process lien information from customers.
- Process releases from vendors.
- Works well in a small office atmosphere.
- Works well with others.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
- Must have at least 2 years experience in general office skills.
- Experience in Accounts Payable data entry.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook Etc.)
- Ability to navigate Microsoft Windows, and general computer proficiency.
- Quickbooks proficiency skills are a must have requirement.
- Ability to multi-task in a heavy workload environment. (Paperwork etc.)
- Construction, asphalt paving office work background is also a plus!
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday
- Starting pay to be determined depending on experience but starts at $22.00
