Maintenance Technician

Pay | $22 per hour

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of facility maintenance experience (ex. electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
• A valid driver's license
• Possess or are willing to obtain a forklift and man lift license
• The ability to read and interpret documents
• Flexible to respond to emergency calls during non-work hours
  
  

Maintenance Technician Duties

• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Perform preventative and emergency maintenance/repairs to commercial equipment.
• Load the wood compactor, move scrap metals, and clean up outside of the staging area.
• Assist with department moves.
• Loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
• Ensure client requests are completed promptly.
• Complete and submit paperwork on time.
  
  

Physical requirements include the ability to lift 100 pounds.
