Job Title: Technical Corporate Recruiter

About this position
As a member of our recruiting team, you will be responsible for performing all recruiting tasks, beginning to end, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and recruiting “best fit” candidates, managing candidate data in Advantech's recruiting/applicant tracking system, and advising Hiring Manager on recruitment strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Design and execute customized, full cycle staffing plans, partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve the best results possible.
- Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
- Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
- Develop an impactful sourcing strategy, that incorporates multi-channel searches and techniques. Collaborate with recruiting team members in proactive sourcing strategies that are successful.
- Telephone interview and evaluate candidates utilizing consistent templates and processes, using behavior based interview and assessment techniques.
- Present pre-screened candidates to management utilizing consistent process.
- Work closely with supporting team members, to establish successful recruitment processes.
- Work closely with Business and HR leaders to influence and deliver a quality assessment and candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel.
- Drive sourcing capability & capacity across a geographically dispersed team to proactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels to expedite the recruitment of bar raising technology and engineering talent.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's in Human Resources or other related fields
- 3 years of full life cycle/high volume Recruiting experience
- A demonstrated business acumen in understanding Hiring Managers needs and applying appropriate recommendations
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent negotiation skills and effective organizational skills
- Strong team orientation, customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
