Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Role Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) reports directly to the Director of Organizational Design and Talent Solutions and works in support of the company objectives, carrying out the administration of the day to day operations of all talent functions and duties. The TAC carries out responsibilities specifically related to talent solutions, staff training and development, organizational development, executive administration, and employment.
The Advatix TA Coordinator will employ excellent conflict management and decision-making skills alongside a solid understanding of employee relationships, staffing management solutions, and administration to ensure our team has the resources to fill positions successfully. The TAC is an excellent communicator and possesses exceptional interpersonal skills providing timely and concise information, in order to deliver world-class service to all internal and external contacts.
The TAC is responsible for modeling company values and promoting the company culture.
Key Result Areas
TA Admin
- Support all internal and HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of individuals staffed.
- Oversee the completion of staffing documentation.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate HR-related training sessions and seminars if needed.
- Maintain updated records of all new staff.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest TA trends and best practices.
- Enforce staffing deadlines and manage data uploads within the ATS platform
- Oversee the administration of Internal hires and client/RPO new hires, report new hires to managers and supervisors in a timely manner
- Field general questions, serve as a liaison for answering complex questions for the TA team
- Prepare side P&L analyses to optimize employment overhead costs when needed
Recruitment/New Hire Process
- Support recruitment efforts
- Assist in posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
- Collecting employment and tax information if needed
- Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
- Preparing new employee files
- Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
- Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
- Schedules the administration of new employment assessments
TA Coordinator Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related
- 3-5 years of experience as a TA Coordinator, HR Generalist or HR Coordinator
- Positive and friendly demeanor and personality
- Ability to work effectively across various cultures and countries
- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations preferred
- Effective HR and people management skills
- Full understanding of TA functions and best practices
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings
- Works well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, G-Suite, and related business and communication tools
- Experience with Jazz HR, Zenefits HRIS strongly preferred
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills
- Strong decision-making and collaborative problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to accurately follow instructions
- Understands the need for maintaining high levels of confidentiality
- Even-tempered, grace under pressure

Salary : $25 - $30
