What will you be doing as an ADVENeer?
You will be using super-hero skills with your tools in tow as you lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals. You seamlessly manage the process of getting apartments ready for move-in, completing renovation tasks and preventative maintenance. You understand that maintenance has one of the largest impacts on resident satisfaction and renewals. Because you work smart, you will keep our residents happy through your team’s reliable and friendly service. You are accurate, practice effective time management, and you get the job completed correctly the first time! You understand you never have a second chance to make a first impression. You will keep our property grounds looking immaculate and sparkling clean creating a place that both future and current residents will be proud to call home. You will also work side by side with your Community Manager to achieve property financial and performance goals.
What will you bring to the table?
You will be bringing technical aptitude and abilities to the team. You will be dressed and groomed professionally and will wear the Advenir uniform. Your organizational skills will help us avoid clutter and chaos. You will have the ability to work weekends and on-call to serve our residents as needed. You will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a property management environment (condominium, high-rise, mid-rise, garden-style real estate asset) and a previous position as an Asst. Service Manager or Service Manager is strongly preferred, EPA (HVAC) 1 & 2 Certification or Universal Certification is also strongly preferred.
