SAP TM Lead Consultant with a broad and deep understanding of the Basic Shipping and Transportation Management solution, especially in the area of Small Parcel Shipping. Should have experience with SAP Activate and SAP Best Practices based implementation methodologies and leading teams through several full life-cycle implementation projects. Needs to have a thorough understanding of SAP Best Practices and related integration topics and have the ability to lead both Validation and Design Workshops.

- Complete Project documentation and deliverables as required
Skill set:
- Broad knowledge of the Basic Shipping and TM solution, including Freight Units, Freight Orders, Deliveries, Shipment Costing Documents, Shipment Cost Settlement, and Billing Shipment Costs to the Customer.
- Knowledgeable and experienced regarding any integration touchpoints with SD, MM,WM, FI-CO, FI-CA
- Knowledgeable and experienced with other functions such as Basic Settings, Transportation Planning, Scheduling, Text, Output Management, Partner Determination, etc.
- 5 to 10 years of experience with the implementation of the SAP TM solution with demonstrated examples of live implementations and hands-on configuration.
- Experience implementing SAP TM for Small Parcel Shipping.
- Experience with implementations utilizing agile and hybrid-agile methodologies.
- Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to define business requirements and key business processes and translate these into into a technical design of SAP TM.
- Ability to work across teams to develop end-to-end solutions with other functional and technical areas.
- Strong communication skills: effective communication in both written and verbal form.
